Admission

The Application Form and Prospectus can be had from the Office on payment of Rs.100/- for classes from LKG TO X and Rs.200 for XI and XII standards.

Submission of application form together with registration fee does not guarantee a seat. The registration fee is not refundable irrespective of whether the child secures a seat or not.

Application in the prescribed form will normally be received from 15th March to 30th April each year for admission to the ensuing June session.

Admission will be made on the basis of the performance of the child at the entrance test.

The following documents should be submitted at the time of admission:

• Birth Certificate
• Community Certificate
• Transfer Certificate (countersigned if from other Boards like C.B.S.E / I.C.S.E etc)

Fees can be paid for the whole year in one installment or in quarterly installments.

School fees are payable for all 12 months. All payments should be made by Demand Draft or cash. Demand Drafts may be taken from any of the following banks in Kotagiri:

• State Bank of India
• Central Bank of India
• Syndicate Bank
• Vijaya Bank
• Indian Overseas Bank

Withdrawals are not permitted normally during the academic year. If a student is withdrawn, a notice of three months or fees in lieu of notice must be given.

Notice of withdrawal must be given before 20th April, failing which the caution deposit will be forfeited.
